I worked in profession kitchens for a long time. I even ran my own little cafe for a couple of years, which I loved! But it was at this time that I discovered the reason for my illness was my crappy diet and being forced to eat these foods for work everyday was not helping.

So I started looking for another job.

Which led me to my dream job.

So you really just have to put the right energy out there and amazing things can happen.

Finding the whole foods plant based lifestyle really did change my life.

And while I no longer cook professionally, I will always be a chef at heart.

Its in my blood. Both of my parents are AMAZING cooks. Which is where I get it from.

I never went to culinary school. I did it the the old fashioned way. Enter Drake…

Started from the bottom now we here!

So for me learning keto is like learning a new cuisine. I love it. I love the callenge.

I however HATE baking. I hate regular baking and it sucks because they alway try and stick the girls in pastry and Im not a scientist. I dont like to measure.

Im an intuitive cook, I cook by taste.

So keto baking is hard.

Vegan keto baking is really hard.

GLUTEN FREE VEGAN KETO is a nightmare. Ugggghhhhh……..

So, ANYWHOOOO…

I thought I’d share whats in my pantry and fridge so you can get an idea of what a fully stocked vegan keto kitchen looks like.
