I looooove oatmeal and its one of the things I miss from my high carb days!!

So finding something that’s so similar is awesome and it definitely hits the spot when I’m craving oatmeal.

You can serve this warmed or like I am most days, just as is. To heat just add everything to a small pot and stir until thickened.

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients together and let sit for 10-15 mins or until flax has thickened to desired level. Optional: Make the night before so its ready to go first thing in the morning!
