Why Low Carb?

There are many reasons why one would choose to go low carb. From medical reasons, to just wanting to lose a bit of weight.

The important thing to know about low-carb, is that its a lifestyle, and it might take some adjusting to!

What is a Ketogenic Diet?

So what exactly is a vegan keto diet? And how is it different to low-carb?

A ketogenic diet is one that restricts the amount of carbohydrates consumed to a point where the body is forced to switch from glucose as its primary fuel source, to keytones, which are produced when fat is burned.
